What is LSA?
Our Lifetime Service Agreement (LSA) means that if your registered power tool or battery ever needs repair or replacement from regular use, we'll take care of it, free of charge. It’s as easy as that.

Covered under the LSA warranty
- Tools registered within 90 days of purchase
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Normal wear items under regular use
- Cordless batteries
- Pneumatic tools: replacement rings, driver blades, bumpers
Not Covered: Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Unauthorized repairs or alterations. Consumable accessories - blades, bits, sandpaper, safety glasses, and similar items. Tools that were not registered within 90 days.

How To Start A Claim
- Login to your account and go to “My Tools”
- Select “File A Claim” on the product that needs to be serviced.
- Ship your tool using the prepaid FedEx label we provide.
- A factory-trained technician repairs or replaces it.
- It's back in your hands in as little as 14 days - no service center visit required.
